Call Scheduling: GoHighLevel (Content Creator Machine), Sprout Studio, and Acuity Scheduling (for booking and managing consultation calls).

Advertising and Retargeting: Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) for retargeting campaigns. If you commission us to manage Meta advertising campaigns on your behalf, you and the Company act as joint data controllers for that data, and you remain responsible for compliance with your own data protection obligations.

Subcontractors: We may engage third-party agencies (subject to confidentiality agreements) to manage advertising campaigns or other services as requested by you or your clients.

International Data Transfers

Most of our data processors (PayPal, Stripe, Mailchimp, YouTube, Meta, etc.) are based in the United States and process data outside Jersey. Jersey's Data Protection Authority has not issued an adequacy decision for the United States.
